Grievances : I am a student of Brainware University and currently live in a rented house in Ward No. 13, Barasat. Due to continuous rainfall, the roads and lanes in our locality are severely waterlogged. Stagnant water has entered the entrance of houses, making it extremely difficult for residents and students to move. The stagnant water is causing a serious mosquito infestation and poses a high risk of dengue and other diseases. Kindly arrange immediate drainage of the accumulated water, cleaning of drains, and mosquito fogging in the area. This is an urgent public health issue, and immediate action is requested.
