Grievances : I am writing from waterlogged ward number 16 , recently the opening of hospital side has been closed ,due to that we r in extreme trouble ,here drainage system is disgusting,little raining cause extreme water making it impossible for rides and cabs coming inside as well. How will we go to workplaces like this ? Why are we left to die in this distressful water logged condition with dirts floating everywhere.Is this a way to live. We were at better condition during the previous Government as the hospital side was open for communication during trouble.this is our earnest request to do something for the betterment of drainage and garbage management system here so that we can leave a normal life during raining .other many areas in Barasat do not face this type of situation at all. There is an issue with your grievance portal. My actual Ward No. is 16, but Ward 16 is not available, so I had to select 3. I could not retrieve my Holding No. at the moment, so I entered a temporary value.
