Grievances : I am Bandana Mondal a resident of Ward 14, filing this formal grievance against my neighbors, Samir Das and his wife, regarding their encroaching mango tree which has created a severe private nuisance and structural hazard. The constant fall of leaves and debris from their tree has completely clogged my private drainage system, leading to stagnant water and health risks. Despite multiple polite requests to trim the overhanging branches, Samir Das and his wife have refused to cooperate and have instead resorted to misbehavior and verbal harassment. I request the Barasat Municipality to urgently inspect the site and issue a formal notice to the neighbors to remove the encroachment immediately.
